The goal was to create the lightest aerodynamic bike in the pro peloton. The OSTRO VAM is a bike capable of competing on all terrains. It’s ready to win sprints, conquer cobbled classics, and tackle climbs with the best.

Everything we know about incredibly fast bikes is just the starting point. Using the latest computer modeling tools, the new OSTRO VAM unlocks aerodynamic performance gains that were previously unimaginable.

Compared to the outgoing model, after 40 km, the new OSTRO VAM is a point in the distance. Compared to its competitors, it’s out of sight. We focused on refining the front of the bike, where we could most influence the airflow. Through a rapid iterative design process, we performed simulations on dozens of head tube profiles, considering every transition and frame surface. The result is a true wing-like profile along the frame’s waterline. Further wind tunnel tests confirmed that the new OSTRO VAM outperforms the market.

CARBON MASTERS

The new OSTRO VAM is an aerodynamic weapon weighing under 7 kg, making it equally suited as both a critical racing bike and a grand fondo mountain bike—and both are exceptional. This lightness also means that pros can use their most aerodynamic option most of the time (and for major mountain stages with summit finishes, we make the O2 VAM, light and fast).

Moreover, the improved stiffness level is powerful, unwavering against the WorldTour’s wattage bombs. Aerodynamics, lightness, and stiffness were once sworn enemies, impossible to combine.
