Price Policy

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason.

We are committed to matching competitor prices at all times. Found a lower price elsewhere? Come see us so we can verify and match it.

 

Some conditions apply

Items eligible for price match must be identical (e.g., color, type, model, size, and year).

The competitor must be a recognized Canadian retailer authorized to sell the product.

Errors in any type of publication will not be honored.

We will not price match on items that are out of stock.

Cycles Dupuis will not honor supplier promotions, wholesale sales, clearance sales, manufacturer sales, closing sales, or special prices granted to club members.

All price match requests must be verifiable; we require a complete advertisement copy including store name, promotion date, and model number. All price matches are subject to in-store approval at time of purchase.

Claims must be made no later than 7 days after the original purchase date.

This price policy applies to pre-tax prices only.

We will match our own price if we reduce the item's price within 21 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Refund

We are happy to refund new, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date upon presentation of the receipt.

For safety or hygiene reasons  

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: shorts, bibs, sports bras, bicycles, gift cards, special orders.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items discounted by 40% or more.

If you leave without having previously tried the product, no return or refund will be possible.

Any refund for a purchase paid with a gift card will be applied to a gift card only.

The value of a gift card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Deposits are refundable with the same payment method within 7 days of the hold date; after this period, the deposit will be refunded to a Cycles Dupuis gift card.  

If you received a gift card with your purchase, the gift card value will be deducted from the amount of your purchase.

 

Hold Policy

Items can be placed on hold for 30 days with a deposit equivalent to 20% of the purchase price before taxes. The deposit is refundable within 7 days from the original hold transaction date. After 7 days, the deposit will be refunded to a Cycles Dupuis gift card.

 

Warranties

Cycles Dupuis is happy to assist you with warranty issues.

Cycles Dupuis relies on the warranty rules and policies in effect with each manufacturer. Warranties are provided by the manufacturers.

Replacement, credit, or repair are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

To honor its warranty, the manufacturer requires;

The original proof of purchase.

Items must be clean.

Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

Cycles Dupuis offers return service to manufacturers. Transport fees may apply for certain manufacturers.   

Round-trip shipping may take up to six (6) weeks for shipments within Quebec and up to eight (8) weeks for shipments outside Quebec.

Cycles Dupuis offers a one-year warranty on mechanical adjustments for bicycles from the purchase date.   

This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.
